Before you contact Easy Scan
What information should I include in a product or quotation enquiry?
Include your company name, intended workflow, product category or model, quantity and required timeframe where known. For printers and labels, dimensions, material and sample output are also useful.
How should I request technical support?
Use WhatsApp, phone, email or the form, and include the brand, model, issue description, error message and sample output. You can also review the Technical Support page before submitting the request.
Can I visit the Easy Scan office or warehouse?
Yes. Please contact Easy Scan before visiting so the appropriate colleague and location can be confirmed. Published office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.
Can I send photos or label samples?
Yes. Photos, print output and short videos can be shared through WhatsApp, while files and detailed notes can be sent by email to [email protected].
Can I make an enquiry in English or Chinese?
Yes. Easy Scan provides English and Traditional Chinese contact pages, and you may submit your enquiry in either language.
